To minimize bruising and ensure the best results, we recommend avoiding alcohol, NSAIDs (like Ibuprofen), and fish oil for a few days prior to your appointment. After Botox, avoid laying down flat, rubbing the treated area, or doing strenuous workouts for 4 to 6 hours.
